Brewing Notes

Sugar added at day 4 of fermentation. Gravity was 1.020, raised to 1.038
At day 5, temperature was ramped naturally up to 26c

Tasting Notes

At time of kegging it was tasting surprisingly good. Will see if it improves with some carbonation and some cold aging.
